Many unforgettable memories for UEFers toward the end of the Fall Study Program 2023.

The Fall Study Program 2023, organized by UEF International Institute in coordination with Kobe International University as a series of international activities in Japan, has now successfully concluded. Toward the end of this program, UEFers gained many more memorable experiences as they visited various entertainment sites in Osaka and participated in the closing ceremony of the program at Kobe International University.

Visit Universal Studios Japan theme park

OCTOBER 25 - UEFers and international students visited the Universal Studios Japan theme park (Osaka, Japan). Since its establishment on March 31, 2001, this is one of the six Universal Studios theme parks in the world, being the second one to open outside of the United States. The park is owned and operated by USJ LLC, a subsidiary of NBCUniversal. This park is designed similarly to Universal Studios Florida and has a selection of attractions from both Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood, besides some unique attractions.

UEFers with their international friends had the chance to experience many fascinating games and immersed themselves in the real-life setting of famous action movie characters.

Closing and Awarding Ceremony for the completion of the program 

OCTOBER 26 - On the last day at Kobe International University, UEF students attended two morning classes to prepare for their presentations in the afternoon with students from Taiwan (after the closing and awarding ceremony for program completion).

Students attended the closing ceremony of the "Fall Study Program 2023" in the presence of the Vice President. Their names were called out loud as they followed Japanese customs.

During the presentation session, UEF students were broken down into three groups, and each group selected a specific topic. Group 1 focused on Japanese cuisine, which was mostly based on the dishes they had just tasted during this trip. Group 2 presented about Japanese culture and people, sharing their experiences of cultural immersion. Group 3 discussed their impressions of the various sightseeing locations they explored throughout the program. All the groups presented in both English and Japanese languages with confidence.

Concluding the presentation, UEFers and international students attended a farewell party. At this party, they experienced making Takoyaki and received souvenirs from Kobe International University students. Most of the students expressed their strong affection and a desire to return to Japan once again for better understanding of the culture of this place.

Coming home with many unforgettable lessons and memories

OCTOBER 27 - The UEF student delegation said goodbye to international students and Kobe International University to return to Vietnam, concluding the Fall Study Program 2023 journey in Japan. After a 6-hour flight, the UEF delegation landed, bringing an end to their long exchange program in the land of the rising sun.

The meaningful exchange program from UEF International Institute has left the students with many fascinating insights in the land of the rising sun. This journey will also be a valuable experience in UEFers’s growth and development into global citizens in the future.
