APRIL 11 - In the afternoon, UEF had a discussion with Guangxi University for Nationalities about an exchange program for business and commerce majors with a view to expanding more study abroad opportunities with an international curriculum for students in general and those from the Faculty of Chinese Language in particular.
The discussion between 2 educational institutions about the study abroad program
The meeting honorably had the presence of Ms. Chu Diem Tien - Director, International Education Institute, Mr. Luu Kien Dan - Deputy Director, Department of Training, Mr. Truong Ngoc Trinh - Deputy Director, Department of International Cooperation and Exchange, Mr. Cao Ban - Deputy Director, School of Economics, Ms. Thach Nhac - Director, Student Recruitment Committee, International Education Institute, Mr. Be Trung Thuc - Interpreter, Dean, Faculty of Languages and Foreign Culture, International Education Institute.
On behalf of UEF, there was Dr. Do Huu Nguyen Loc - Vice President, Director, UEF International Institute, Dr. Nguyen Thi Lan - Deputy Dean, Faculty of Languages and International Culture, Ms. Huynh Tu Anh - Deputy Director, UEF International Institute along with faculty members.

In the beginning, Dr. Do Huu Nguyen Loc sent greetings to partners and gave them an overview of the UEF curriculum. He also underlined the internationalizing orientation in education and the institution’s successes in international quality verification.

No sooner had the official finished their speech than students raised questions about this study abroad program and relevant issues like expenses, accommodation, transportation, etc.
Thereby, a cooperation was expected between two sides in the future
After the working session, a cooperative expectation was established between the two universities in the upcoming periods, which will provide high-quality international programs to students. Chinese Language majors will especially be given opportunities to attend exchange programs in China - a both financially and culturally developed country.
