Studying Operation Management with Former Vice president of Lazada - Ms Vickie Helson

For any enterprises, the leaders must have deep insights into operations management with the aim of long-term survival and development. Operations Management is optimizing chain of activities in inventory management, quality assurance, production maximization, maintenance and operations policies. With consciousness of this demand, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance will hold a seminar “Lost in Translation: Customer Experience Journeys Into Outer Space” applying to UEF seniors and those who are pursuing MBA academic program associating with Bangkok University

At the seminar, UEF students will have a chance of listening to Mrs.Viekie Helson- Former Vice- President of Lazada Group sharing about her knowledge and practical experiences in operations management. It is regarded as a key element empowering enterprises to combine with business ecosystem where people are always disturbed by brand competence, but the top priority they should place is activities that put their brands on the market. Creating efficient products and services requires good application of ideas, tools and methods in operations management.

Introduction about the orator
Mrs.Vickie Helson is a senior business leader and strategist of mutilnational corporations, especially in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.
She is the Former Vice-President of Lazada Group in Southeast Asia. Nowadays, Vickie Helson is the founder and CEO of Hyperfit Travel, a creative travel fitness businesss. She has about 20-year experience operating in the field of technology such as mobile systems, cloud computing, e-commerce, Fintech, AI/Big Data, telco, eHealth.


CEO Vickie Helson had Executive MBA degree from RMIT University (Australia) in Melbourne. Despite being a business leader, she still devotes her time to completing Teaching Diploma at University of Otago (New Zealand) to pursue her dream of sharing knowledge at universities. Vickie Helson has lived and worked in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City for the past four years.
