Dr. Ha Huu Phuc highly appreciated the great efforts of UEF on building and maintaining useful academic exchange activities like Plus 3 for the last six years.
Plus 3 is considered as one of the leading academic exchange programs in Vietnam, providing students of both schools great chances to study the cultures, languages, and people which, in turn, would boost up the tie between the two countries – Vietnam and US.
