FEBRUARY 14 - UEF had a working session with representatives of Wonkwang Health Science University (Korea). The two institutions discussed the implementation of international cooperation programs.
The session honorably had the presence of Dr. Do Huu Nguyen Loc – Vice President & Director, UEF International Institute; Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Linh – Deputy Dean, Faculty of Languages and International Cultures; Ms. Huynh Tu Anh – Deputy Director, UEF International Institute.
Prof. Hwa-Kyoung Hwang, Director of Wonkwang International Exchange Office, represented the partner university during the conference.

Representatives of both parties discussed international cooperation programs
The focal point of discussion, proposed by Wonkwang, was the application of a special visa for Vietnamese exchange students in Korea. With this visa, students will have the opportunities to reside and work in the country after graduation.
Prof. Hwa-Kyoung Hwang also mentioned the potential education and health projects as well as the 4-year and 2-year academic programs for international exchange students along with the expansion of faculty members exchange program.

The meeting laid the foundation for future cooperation between the two institutions
After the working session, UEF stated a desire to implement more student mobility programs in various fields with Wonkwang Health Science University. The discussion created the groundwork for future collaboration between the two organizations.
