Dr. Nguyễn Thị Mỹ Dung also highlighted key updates regarding eligibility conditions, benefit levels, and procedures for claiming support under the new regulations. Additionally, she clarified various factors that impact the rights and responsibilities of both employees and employers—such as minimum wage levels, base salary rates, and the roadmap for adjusting retirement age.
