UEF signs MOU with O.P. Jindal Global University - India

MARCH 7 - UEF International Institute had a meeting with representatives from O.P. Jindal Global University - India. At the meeting, the two universities discussed cooperation programs in the coming time.
 

 The MOU signing opened up further learning opportunities for students from two sides  

On UEF’s behalf, there were Dr. Do Huu Nguyen Loc – Vice President & Director, UEF International Institute; Dr. Pham Huy Cuong – Dean, Faculty of English; Dr. Ha Thi Thuy – Dean, Faculty of Finance and Commerce; Ms. Huynh Tu Anh – Deputy Director, UEF International Institute; Mr. David Scribner III and Mr. Kinwah Lo – Faculty members of UEF International Institute.
From O.P. Jindal Global University, there were Dr. Sanjeev P. Sahni – Professor of Eminence, Advisor to the Vice Chancellor & Senior Member of the Governing Body; Mr. Padmanabha Ramanujam – Dean of Academic Governance; Mr. Arun Jain – Chief Financial Officer; Mr. Rahul Bhandari – Joint Director of the Office of International Affairs & Global Initiatives (IAGI), Assistant Professor of Practice.
 

Both educational institutes introduced their universities

Accordingly, both educational institutes parties introduced their universities as well as discussed cooperation programs that can be implemented in the future.
After the sharing session, UEF and O.P. Jindal Global University promoted the potential cooperation agreements on 2+2, 3+1, 4+0 articulation programs, student mobility, faculty members exchanges, international internship and summer semester programs this June.

O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) is known as a non-profit, multi-disciplinary and research oriented university founded in 2009. JGU was established as a philanthropic initiative of Mr. Naveen Jindal – Founding Chancellor in memory of his father – Mr. O.P. Jindal.

Representatives from JGU visited UEF campus

The cooperation agreements between UEF and JGU contribute to opening up many opportunities for students to experience the international educational environment. In addition to providing study abroad programs for UEFers, UEF also welcomes foreign students to study at UEF with the aim of enhancing the international image of the University.
