UEF Spanish and Latin American Institute welcome parents and candidates with a music event

08/18/2023

With the aim of creating a fresh art space to welcome prospective students and dear parents to UEF, the UEF Spanish and Latin American Institute hosted an international music event on the morning of August 18. The events also captured the interest and engagement of our current students.

The two artists from the international band Sima performed amidst enthusiastic applause from the audience. The performances featured a harmonious blend of the singer’s sweet vocals, skillful instrumentals as accompaniment, and exciting clapping, creating a vibrant atmosphere for the weekend morning

The opening song - “Hello Vietnam” evoked a surge of emotions in its listeners. With her unique and resonant voice, the female vocalist captured the entire essence of the song, igniting a sense of pride when listening to our homeland song being so beautifully “depicted” by foreign artists

Alongside the lively and emotional songs, the band's ensemble also left a lasting impression on the audience

The event served as a welcoming session for parents and candidates while providing an artistic escape for students to unwind after classes. Held in the ground floor hall just after UEFers had finished their initial classes of the day, this 'spiritual uplift' attracted students to passionately listen as a way to energize them to tackle the rest of the day's classes

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet - Director, UEF Spanish and Latin American Institute also had a chance to interact and connect with students. He promised that more grand and professional events would be held in the near future

The event successfully conveyed a warm “greeting” to the candidates - our prospective UEFers. This event also marked the initiation of numerous other welcoming activities for new students at the university this year.
