UEF officially becomes a member of ACBSP - the United States

OCTOBER 18 - Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance was officially recognized as a member of the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) - the United States. This is the largest global business program accreditation organization, accredited by Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), USA.

ACBSP offers accreditation to institutions, business and business-related programs at levels of college, undergraduate and postgraduate (Master’s and Doctoral). ACBSP features 1,200 members including colleges and universities from 60 countries around the globe.

ACBSP adopts the Baldrige model of Performance Excellence, an exemplary model from the US, which centers on 7 key areas for attaining performance excellence and creating competitive advantage including: (1) Leadership, (2) Strategic Planning, (3) Customer, (4) Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management, (5) Workforce Focus, (6) Process Management and (7) Business Results.

Previously, UEF had been certified with QS Stars’ 4-star rating

Becoming an official member of ACBSP is a testament to UEF’s innovation, ongoing development and realization of the goal of internationalization of education as well as demonstrating the university's commitment to meticulously uphold international standards of education for learners and society. In addition, the pursuit of rigorous standards of ACBSP Organization opens various opportunities for international qualifications recognition and global employment for students.
